Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted only if products are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Items without original packaging

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Replacements

Replacements are subject to availability.
